How the learning works

16 content modules are under final review. A further module, Model the Company Values and Build the Team Culture, is planned. Final launch inclusions will be confirmed after the review.

Communication and developing people are explicit parts of the management pathway. Company values and team culture will be addressed at the responsibility level of a manager.
